Based on the generated planning, the system can automatically send requests for quotations or purchase orders to the respective suppliers.

It is used for entering new and modifying existing delivery orders. The orders can be automatically sent via email to the supplier or provided through the “Supplier Portal,” where the supplier can confirm the delivery, change the delivery date if needed, and enter any additional comments or notes.

It is used for entering new and modifying existing claims. The claims can be automatically sent via email to the supplier or provided through the “Supplier Portal,” where the supplier can confirm or reject a claim with possible explanations (including attaching documents and photos).
