Basic functionalities

 

Expedition planning

It provides the ability to plan the necessary number of transportation vehicles for organizing the dispatch of goods based on the following data:

  • Current inventory of finished products
  • Delivery deadlines to customers
  • Products in production
  • Shipment deadlines to customers
  • Other criteria

The system plans and suggests the organization of transportation on a daily basis.

Management of external transport

It serves to manage relationships with external transportation companies by providing the ability to generate transport inquiries that, when possible by the transportation company, can be automatically sent to their system. For each transportation company, the system stores a file with information about all activities carried out by them.

Courier request

It serves to manage relationships with courier companies, allowing the generation of transport requests that, when possible by the courier company, can be automatically sent to their system (generating waybills, courier requests, etc.). For each courier company, the system stores a file with information about all activities carried out by them.

Internal transport

It serves to manage the company’s fleet of vehicles. It allows for the planning of expeditions, and for each expedition, the system automatically prepares the complete set of necessary documents (waybills, bills of lading, CMR, etc.).

Car park

It assists in the management of the vehicle fleet by monitoring expenses and maintenance of the vehicles. It provides the capability to record performed repairs, including tracking the used spare parts for each repair. After scheduling the service maintenance for the vehicles, the system monitors the approaching dates for each vehicle and notifies the respective employee. The module allows for the generation of various reports on the recorded:
